Type A Lifestyle Co. provides space design planning and organizational services to homes and businesses. We specialize in creating intentional, customized organizing solutions designed to be easily maintained.

WHO WE NEED

Organized + Energetic
Type A means energy and ambition, not perfection. While we aren’t in the business of perfection, we do need people who appreciate organization and understand how it instantly enhances life! If you have the energy and the heart for organization, we can teach you our methods and brand.

Creative + Adaptable
Having a creative and adaptable spirit is a must. Our job is to find functional and maintainable solutions that match our client’s unique aesthetics. People who can think outside of the box and pivot when something isn’t working, are our kind of people.

Respectful + Friendly
For most clients, this is a brand new experience! They are often overwhelmed, frustrated, and even feeling ashamed. Our team members must always be respectful of each unique client, current situation, and organizational session needed. Our clients need someone friendly, a person they feel safe asking questions. Even for the professionals, organizing can seem like a daunting or overwhelming task. However, it is our job to make the process enjoyable and to provide our clients with the confidence and tools they need to maintain their spaces.

Flexible
This is anything but your typical 9-5. Every job will be project-based with organizers working on a per-job basis to execute projects. Part-time team members should have a minimum of one day a week (Tu-Sa) flexibility while full-time team members should have a minimum of three days a week (Tu-F) flexibility.

WHAT WE DO

  • Work on location for client jobs —must be able to commute within Davidson and Williamson counties in Tennessee.

  • Flexible schedule allowing anywhere from 10-40 hours depending on part/full time placement; part-time employees must be able to commit to one full day a week

  • Review and follow unique blueprint plans created by our Design Team that intentionally align to clients’ needs

  • Work directly with clients as needed to help customize organization systems for their lifestyle

  • Willingness to learn the ‘Type A Way’ and maintain our brand

  • Must work well in a team environment, know how to both follow and take direction

  • Able to work 7-10 hour days when necessary for larger projects
